As the seventh dagger was plunged into the back of acoloyte Anders skull, the walls began to shake and the blood gushed from his eye sockets and his mouth with such force that the three who were assisting were forced to step back. The wail of the souls had grown to a level not heard for years in these dark lands and yet the ceremony continued. The keeper raised his stump of an arm over his head and with his good hand pointed the staff towards the valley below. We watched as the lights of the city blinked then there was.....oh hey hi there didn't see you over there.

Its late afternoon and its been a while since i've posted/written anything here. Not since May. That was the last full posting. Yeah i posted a video clip in august but that doesn't count.

So what's been happening since the last post you may ask? stuff. Spent almost every sunday and a few weekdays grilling during the summer. Man that was hell relaxing. It was a routine that i looked forward to,kind of a winding down from everything else. I would just get the weber grill lit with charcoal, wood chunks or whatever and throw the item on it and just sit down in the resin adirondack chair and zone. Was hella quiet out there except for a few times around the holidays when the neighbors had their celebrations but even that wasn't too bothersome.

What else? Passed my road test, so now I am a licensed driver, yaay. I guess if I was much younger i would be crazy hyped about it. But now I see it as another chore. Don't get me wrong it was something that needed to get done but now that it is done, driving has become part of the daily routine. Driving to work in sisters vehicle, driving pops vehicle home after work or the after work errands then home. Then there's the drive the niece here or pick up the nephew here, the weekend errands...yeah the excitement never ends. Oh and did I mention the parking ritual of backing into the shared driveway, have to make sure that there's a certain amount of space between left between the drivers side tires and the house..

Grass in the back yard has grown in crazily once again, was able to use the old school mower once but didn't stay up on it so the grass grew way to long. Gonna see if I can borrow my brothers gas mower knock that lawn back into submission and get it ready for the fall.

The joy of full time work continues.

Fringe is back for a new season, enjoying that but now its on a thursday night at 9p which cuts into my sleeping time. Been watching Flash Forward on ABC its alright,an interesting dip into something different network television. Caught some of Stargate Universe last week,Missed about 45 mins to an hour. Going to attempt to watch it via the syfy website. From what I caught,I was impressed and can't wait til Friday evening. Not sure about Sanctuary. Oh and Warehouse 13 was enjoyable. Reminded me of a show called where this guy made a deal with the devil and sold cursed items from an antique shop and these three people had to go and retrieve them. Much darker than Warehouse 13 though.

Spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen yesterday, roasted a leg of lamb, some red skinned potatoes w dill and other seasonings, sliced up 5lbs of carrots(gotta roast em), and made a good sized pot of beef kelbasa(sp) with sweet red peppers, onions and black eyed peas. A pole (as in polish) meets soul type of dish.

Thats about it for now gotta toss some clothes in the nightmarish dryer. It needs to be replaced, the noise it makes can be heard in Bangor Maine. Could be inspiration for a new Stephen King Novel.

Hmm, well the coffee that was brewed this morning in a Black and Decker coffee maker with a stainless steel carafe/pot has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

One moment we were talking via the holo uplink about the weather and the next moment there was the wailing of alarms and panicked bots. They must have used the the interval between the setting of the second sun and abandoned moon to slip past the sensor array. We switched the defense net to manual knowing the automated systems were useless this close to the planet. And watched the heads up display for whatever made it through. We didn't have to wait too long as the first of what was to be many D Ranged class cruisers came round the the outer rim of the system. The commander gave the order and we all made peace with our makers and got ready for...oh hey hi there didn't see ya over there.

Another day comes to a close. The ride in to work was ok, the nephew was awake...again and he tagged along for the ride. Spent most of the ride explaining to sista what my morning work ritual consisted of.

So its been almost a month since I posted here. The grass in the back yard has come up crazily. Was able to get enough burlap to cover all of the seeded area. The landlord came by Saturday to get an estimate from the plasterer/sheetrock guy,he's going to repair the cut open ceiling due a plumbing problem from the neighbors on the second floor. She wz impressed by the amount of grass that was coming up. As I tweeted earlier may try the first cut this saturday. She also gave the okay for the triming of the hedges on the side of the house. They are a bit overgrown, may attempt that tomorrow.

Work is okay, had another driving lesson today cruising through the back roads of barington and practicing backing into a parking space and navigating turning lanes. Oh wait, yeah i said driving lessons. Made the mistake of mentioning to my boss that I don't know how to drive last year and we now have a new client and the next thing u know I'm taking driving lessons and their making a vid of the experience to be posted on the website.

Almost Memorial Day, the month blew through like function a-16 on my not so new cell phone. Man I remember when i entered the correct code on my phone that first time and cleared away bunch of trees in western mass, but I digress. Trying to figure out the menu for the first official grilling of the season. Baked some bbq chicken this past sunday and made some cornbread to go with it. Maybe I'll grill some turkey thighs and corn on the cob. Saw that Shaws has a good price on em starting friday. Gotta love their early mailing of the circular. Earlier than the email notification. Maybe i'll wait n see what the other spots have to offer.

What else? No Fringe tonight, season finale was last week. Man that was hella hella intense. Wow! might go into withdrawal. Glad to hear that they picked it up for another season.

Finally took advantage of free comic book day a few weeks ago and now I kind of getting back into em. grabbing mostly sci fi horror stuff especially this series called Superzombies. Also checking for that bringing back the dead super heroes green lantern storyline thingee.

Anything else? Nope. Thats it for now,the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

We were enjoying the spectacle with glee. They kept charging up the hill and we kept blowing them away with the heat blasters. Nothing like the smell of incinerating flesh in the morning. We didn't realize that they had been playing us for fools until we heard the rear wall to the compound explode. We were blasting away organic holo clones while the real liberators were massing at the rear wall. It was their turn to enjoy the spectacle as we screamed in terror as our flesh was burned away.

Ah another day comes to a close. The ride in was ok. Each day I witness the approach of daylight in the eastern sky as head across the I way towards 195 east. Was going through the overnight tweets that I received via text and as usual dozed off a couple of times before i reached da building.

Work was ok, the weekly blur continues. My pile of joy and enlightenment was beaten into submission a bit earlier this week. Still not sure what was up with that. didn't have any problems Sunday morning and left at a normal time Friday. Weird...made sure that i played powerball today.

Walked up the street with pops this afternoon to cumberland farms to go play powerball. Been a bit since I've taken that walk, the new work schedule kind of deaded the early morning ritual of walking to get the newspaper. The walking stick felt good in my hand, it missed me and I missed it. Had to slow my pace down a bit because pops doesn't move as fast as i do, but other than that it was nice walk.

My older brother came by sunday and we re-seeded the back yard. The landlord did say we could do whatever we wanted. Plus since there wasn't a big german shepard back there some of the other flowers started to return, and our hostas that we transplanted from the old house survived and are coming up nicely. Moms made a comment about putting down some burlap to keep the birds out of the grass seed. Picked up one roll yesterday which was no where near enough, and today my brother brought by some that he was able to grab outta the shed before we moved to this spot. That still wasn't enough. Will have to pick up some more Friday I guess. Was able to get a new sprinkler with a built in timer and its just the right size. Hopefully we'll have some grass growing by Memorial day.

Caught Fringe last night. Good as usual. Missed last week because i was sooo out of it. Crawled into bed before sundown and just slept off some sickness. It worked.

Anything else?Nope, thats about it for now the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

The eldest stood in front of the display screen and made a hand gesture. It then flickered to life. It was one of the older models. He then spread his arms out and the screen grew larger, to take up the side of the wall. Then there was a gasp because it was a real time view of the conditions outside. Another elder approached and he held his hands straight up as the image began to clear up as if cutting through the red haze with a knife. There was the vehicle or what was left of it. We watched as it was being eaten away by the wind blown particles and then there was a scream from one of the women as we saw someone near the vehicle, he was trying to take shelter from the wind. The mothers, sensing what was about to happen tried to cover the eyes of the young but the eldest said, no they must bear witness. And we all watched as his flesh was torn away from his body and then as his skeleton was eaten away also. Oh hey hi there didn't see ya over there.

Another day comes to a close. The ride into work was spectacular. We must been doing at least 80 from our street to eddy and then to the Thurbers on ramp. It was all good in the hood and we didn't care and...oh wait it wasn't like that. Stepped outside and looked up to see what was left of the full moon shining through the early morning clouds. Was cold and a bit on the brisk side out there. The ride was ok, there wasn't a barrington police car blocking the entrance to the driveway like yesterday. he hap pulled someone over...at 4:30 am yesterday. Damn sucked to be that person.

Work was bleearrrgh today. Just wanted to be done with what I had to do and head home. Of course there was the after work errands. And since I forgot a couple of things looks like will be repeating the trip tomorrow.

This past Saturday the niece was received her confirmation at church during mass sat night. My brother and his family except for his oldest daughter came up from DC for the occasion. As an added bonus my nephew brought his girlfriend and their lil daughter/baby. Did the big meal thing Sat afternoon then it was off to the church for a very very very very very very very lonnnnnnnng service. Gotta love those holy week masses.

What else? The niece and nephew our out of school this week for spring recess/break or whatever they call it now. The niece mentioned something about a club tonight and the nephew a concert. Don't think either of those are going to be allowed even if one is a station event.

Anything else? Nah keepin it short. Thats about it for now the hella strong black coffee has already been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

There was no choice, the asteroids were nudged into a low orbit and we waited for the inevitable to happen. Their global grid activated to stop the the threat, thats when we began the real bombardment. Two of our medium cruisers came from their hiding places behind the third moon and launched two mantle cracking bombs. The techs on the base ship hacked into the planetary communication system and the commander delivered his message. Make peace with your maker. Then we watched as the first bomb made contact with the...Oh hey hi there didn' t see ya over there.

Another day is coming to an end. The ride into work was ok as I dozed off a few times. Traffic was at its usual volume for that time of day. At least there wasn't any fog or rain to make the ride more interesting.

Work today at one point was borderline headache inducing. Luckily I was able to escape to the little closet studio that I use and focus on of stuff in my pile of joy and enlightenment.

Moms mentioned to me that they wrote down some stuff for the menu this weekend. Yup this weekend. The niece is going, getting confirmed sat night and my older brother from DC will be coming through with most of his family to witness the event.

What else, Fringe returns to the telly tonight finally after a hella long hiatus. Gonna make a valiant attempt to stay awake to watch it. Was perusing the io9 blog and saw othe sci fi stuff of interest. Had some spoilers for Stargate Universe. Didn't read em. Did check out some of the Terminator clips though. I'll add that to the list of movies to see eventually.

Definitely feeling this website BassDrive dot com. Quality drum n bass streams.

Shaved off the beard completely for a change. Gonna see how long I can keep it off or at least down to a manageable level.

Anything else? Um no thats about it for now,the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

And there I stood with a modified beam cannon from one of the abandoned cruisers. There was still a good amount of power in the backup cells. I said a blessing for the rest of my crew and pointed the cannon towards the power generator for enemy base in the distance. I struggled to use both of my hands to engage the firing sequence. I then dove into the crater and covered my self just in time. Inside one of the nearby buildings someone glanced out the window to see the blinding flash heading their way. He turned then burst into flames, as the edge of the beam struck his floor. From my hiding spot in the crater i heard a small explosion followed by a much louder one. The I waited for the shockwave, you see as Trey was dying he told me that i could either set the cannon for rapid fire to hit their ships or set it to full for one chain reaction inducing heat ray. I chose the latter and felt good to know that their would be no survivors.

Another day comes to a close. Was a bit cooler today and on the grey side. i guess yesterday was a spring teaser to get everyones hopes up. The ride in was the same old same old. Sista cut off a couple of tankers and they jack knifed spilling their fuel and bursting into flames. oh wait a sec that didn't happen.

So yesterday I mentioned something about something about ...oh here we go

Work was great as usual, still down a computer in one of the prod studios which .... will not be discussed. Happy thoughts for all. Everybody big smiles very very very big smiles. Thats good.

Well there must have been some good karma left over from somewhere because the downed cpu/the logic board is dead jim its dead...was fixed and put back into operation. At first when I saw it in the rack i thought it was a twisted engineering April Fools Joke but it wasn't.

Speaking of April Fools if you were part of the millions..and millions of viewers watching the Rhode show(sp) on fox providence, you might have seen an interesting April Fools prank pulled that I was involved in.

Frank started coughing up blood and the his eyes oh my god his were filling with blood. He tried to say something but more coughing more blood. Thats when we realized it was too late and and the guard drew his particle blade and sliced frank in half lengthwise head to crotch. We turned away from the display and continued with the final departure checklist. In the distance the fires grew in intensity signaling that the worse was yet to come. We could here the reports coming in on our ear implants and watched as more and more ships took off from launch zone. T look at the display from the prison one last time to see that it to was....Oh hey hi there didn't see ya over there.

Yeah so that was a little different to start todays post off with. Yeah right. Another day comes to a close. The ride into work was ok, caught myself dozing off and almost dropped my phone. But i was able to wake myself up just in time.

Caught the StargateSG-1 movie this past friday on sci fi. Not bad, still want to cop it though. There Supposed to be showing the second one this Friday. Can't wait to see that. Kind of interesting that they got their start from a movie became a television series than finished it up with movies. Did see the trailer/teaser for Stargate universe. Hmmm looks kind of dark. Might try and read up on the new series or just wait and watch it with out the internet pre hype. And did I see, and or hear correctly that Fringe returns next week. About time.

Work was great as usual, still down a computer in one of the prod studios which .... will not be discussed. Happy thoughts for all. Everybody big smiles very very very big smiles. Thats good.

Threw together a chicken stir fry w broc, carrots, freshly minced ginger, garlic and some other stuff. Was relaxing doing the prep.

Check out one of my other spots and noticed that its been a year since I posted some fiction to that particular blog. Will have to take care of that, I'll let ya know when I update it.

Anything else..um nope. Thats about it for now the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

We had gotten the First Place ready and we had moved everything we could within the structures. We could still see the countdown clock above the central spire in the distance as it counted down the final minutes before the winds would arrive. The last to arrive were those from the fields and they were bringing saplings and the last of the harvest. Then the eldest said look and we watched as the countdown timer reached zero and the timer disappeared. We could feel the winds pushing us inside. There was one vehicle left outdoors by request of the eldest, We all gathered in the large meeting cave and watched the display screen as the bright morning became a reddish evening.

Another day comes to a close. The ride in was ok,a bit on the cold side. I guess spring is gonna take a lil while.

Was going through one of my small notebooks that i scribble stuff down in and found some entries from one of the times I was without the Ibook due to logic board issues. Here's a lil bit

7-8-07
sigh what a weekend, weekend production and running the board Friday was interesting to say the least, computer problems again. Didn't leave the building til 6:30 p.m. very long day.

Saturday almost back to normal routine, oh got a call fri just as i was loading the last segment of the Basement Party weekend countdown. It was from Tri Coom the folks who are repairing the Ibook. They found the problem, it was the logic board said i may get it back monday or whatever. That made my day, was kind of used to not having the ibook oh well.

Sunday...No regular coffee in the building. Damn gotta suffer with decaf. Got most of the extra production done so things shouldn't be too bad tomorrow. I think the guy who's workload I picked up returns tomorrow and Gio & kim are back tuesday.

Bleh, that was an interesting little blurb. There's some more in the notebook, plus the beginning of another fiction piece. Might post that stuff some other time.

Pops walked about four miles today, wanted to check out the 195/95 relocation project. Figured out where it joins..something. I was dozing off on the ride home when he mentioned it so I didn't catch it all.

And thats about it for now, yeah kind of random kind of short. The hella strong coffee has been consumed from Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

The winds were approaching and these weren't the short season breezes that we've grown accustomed to,nope these were going to blow long and strong for a long time. Didn't need to consult the scanner for that info. The old ones said they could smell it and they took note of the silence. Not a creature could be heard for kilometers. We were told to gather near a display screen. Then the face of the eldest appeared and he delivered the message that most of the colonist dreaded. We would have to head back to the first place and make it ready. The structures are stronger and they would out last our new buildings, plus they are all connected via underground passage ways. He then made the hand gesture and above central spire a countdown timer began. We had 17 days before the winds would arrive.

Another day is coming to a close. The ride in was a joyous occasion as I dozed off once again. Not sure why, maybe I need to go to sleep even earlier. But I wanted to catch family guy which I did see part of it.

Found out why the neighbors upstairs was moving stuff around and doing some major cleaning(could smell the scent of pine as soon as the door was opened) Vereyezon came buy to do the feyeoss install. Why they even took the time to take the garbage out instead of leaving it in their back hall til pick up day.

So I sorted through the wet cds and found quite a few that were actually in good shape, the rest our going to meet their maker somewhere in the outer reaches of the unknown.

Work was excitingly awesome as usual. Had more stuff to do as the boss was and still is on vacay. I wonder if he felt me cursing him out for adding more stuff to my daily fun fest. Naaah, at least I didn't have to see the other (dun dun dunnnnn) person..... Now yall r wondering who that may be? Well its....

Looks like were getting some ok weather. Brother sent me a text message about being able to rent a roto tiller for $50 a day. Not sure if I wanna commit. Even though the land lord said we could do whatever we want to the back yard. Thinking in terms of medium sized planters with perennials n herbs. So if we ever have to move, we can take them with us.

Anything else? Um no, thats about it for now the hella strong coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

The beam weapon cut a hole through the wall the size of a small vehicle. From the the mid 70's. And those who were working at stations on that wall are gone, Vaporizes into a cloud of organic dust. There were those who were near by who caught some of the beam but not the full blast. We saved them the agony of a a slow burning death and killed them on the spot. And we moved on to a safer location. The orbital destroyer had not caught up with the weapon just yet and we didn't want to take any chances. Granger gave the silence signal and we checked the heads up display on our visors. Company's coming and they're moving fast. We switched all weapons to no mercy I mean .kill (damn these corporate editors) and waited.

Another day has come to a close, the ride in was ok. Dozed off a bit on the never ending trail. Almost dropped the phone, was checking the text messages to make the ride go faster. Like that helped.

Work was great as usual

Was able to salvage some of my cds from the wet boxes. Oh yeah, the other day the waste water hose wasn't put back in the sink after someone used the sink to clean something. So when the washing machine was turned on the water hit the floor and proceeded to to travel to my room. Soaked through part of the carpet and got into two boxes of cd's that I hadn't gotten around to unpacking. (no where to put em) Luckily my brother had a big wet dry vac and some floor drying fans so I was able to get the water up by the washing machine the wall heading towards my room. Ran the fans on my carpet for a few days. Piled up the cds to see which can be rescued and which are heading for the trash.. On the plus side was able to find a best of Pete rock N Cl Smooth cd and another DJ Spinna Comp. Plus a box that didn't get wet had some cassettes of some college radio show called level 3 of the underground hmmm might have to check it out.

Dinner this evening was a simple meat and potatoes affair. Roast Beef smothered in some sweet read peppers and onions,Mashed potatoes and toasted asparagus. Tweeted about doing grits but decided on mashed potatoes instead. Made pizza yesterday. Had to use up the leftover broccoli, and the sausage n peppers from earlier in the week.

Anything else? Hmmm well the boss is on vacay this week.

Went a full 24 hours without tweeting.

More peeps finding me on Facebook. Another high school friend.

Still not sure if I'll be getting back to daily posts, we'll see how fun work is this week and go from there.

The skeletons of the dead were scattered throughout the landing site. It looks as if the enemy used a flesh eating weapon, which meant the deaths were painful. By the way they were strewn about, they did not know what was happening to them until it was too late. They thought that the they were being rescued. It turned out that it was the last card played by our enemy as they retreated. Rzrr was able to retrieve the settlement's vid scan of the last few hours. He projected it in the air above us, so the whole team could watch what happened. We watched as a ship bearing the markings of our relief agencies began to land, then they hovered and as everyone looked up,the weapon was deployed. Thank the maker that Rzrr muted the sound.

Another day comes to a close. The ride in was ok except for the rain. That didn't slow the traffic down any, folks still drove kind of crazily even at that early hour. Was attempting to get through the text messages but kept dozing off a bit. Especially as we headed down the trail, that time dilation device was really kicking in with a vengeance.

Work was exciting as ,usual )

Was hella nice out yesteday dinner was going to be baked chicken, the nephew suggested fried chicken with mashed potatoes and biscuits.Told him I made biscuits last sunday how about cornbread instead. He said ok. Brined the chicken t rinsed and wrapped em up and placed it in the refrig. The it was off for a quick ride across town w pops to drop off the nephew. I had to grab a few things at the store which turned into an exteded journey because pops had to grab some things also. Got home in time to finish with the chicken, making the cornbread and cooking up some green beans.

So yeah I backed off on the daily posting thing for a bit. Was more of a chore, a daily ritual. It was almost like work instead of a nightly wind down. Especially since my boss reads this and comments on something he read, when he sees me the next day.The beauty if it is that he skims through so there is always fun to be had when he misses something.

Found a couple of pretty good soca /calypso podcasts today. One was from a canadian radio station in toronto and the other from a dj outta new york I think. One of the riddims I heard on the canadian podcast was written and produced by Lil Jon. Was actually pretty good. Funny thing as i tweeted about it earlier was that the DJ kept saying to the callers yes it is that Lil john.

More and more former xin folks from waay back are finding me on Facebook. One said it looks like there may have to be a reunion. That should be interesting if i even attend, can't wait to here some of the reactions when the find out that I work at a commercial station.

Also getting a few more followers on twitter including some co-workers. I tell em my tweets are not that spectacular yet they still follow.

We just grabbed our scythes and and held them over our heads with our left hands. Then the drums were sounded and we took up our positions. Oh there was going be a great amount of carnage tonight and the word would spread that the horde has returned, stronger than before. The leader of this campaign made the first kill and tossed the body back towards us and we began what was to a glorious slaughter of innocent flesh. Let their screams of terror be drowned out by our chants of joy, he yelled. Let their dwellings be scorched by our all seeing lights of truth, and let their lands fall in our..oh hey hi there didn't see ya over there.

Another day comes to a close. Yeah its been a minute since the last one. Had to break the routine for a change. What a day today, got up hella early to shovel and the fun continued from there. The ride in was not a pleasant experience. Roads were in the worse shape ever. It was a good thing that I told sista that I wanted to leave earlier than the regular time.

Work was just as joyful as the weather, from the traffic guy being on his own for four or five stations for bit to the reading of closings and delays. Was really fun when the piece of equipment I was using crapped out and lost some of em. Still was over 5 minutes of this is closed,no school at that spot.

Got home from work and saw that my brother came through with the snow blower which was a good thing. Still ended up having to go out and do some shoveling, especially after the plow(s) attempted to make a few passes but couldn't really do that good of a job because some folks were parked on the street. Cleared away a good amount in front so now the upstairs neighbor and sista can park in the front without worrying about sticking out into the street. Yeah cleared it from the the curb and outward. Was kind of funny that the snow mound melted from all of that warm weather, well its back. Wonder how long it will last. Posted a pic via twitpic, might get a better shot when its lighter outside.

What else? Made a big pot of beef stew/soup yesterday. Used up the rest of the rid peppers leftover from last week. Its going pretty fast as the nephew had two bowls and the niece had a good sized bowl also. Served it with some biscuits. Gotta figure out what else to make for later on this week. Saw that a nearby spot Corrente's is having a sale on some stuff. We'll see what's up with that later on this week.

Thats about it for now, been awake waay to long. The hella strong black coffee has already been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

We were in the midst of a killing frenzy, the blood from the dead and dying filled the air as we swung our air blades hi and low. There was no escape, and those who tried to fight back were split from the head to the toe because it was fun. Oh my brothers the taste of their fear gave us the strength to push on towards the main structure. And for extra measure we carried the severed heads, to throw through the windows to announce our arrival and signal their doom. But as we reached the gates we experienced something that no other dark warrior before us had ever felt. It was....oh hey hi there didn't see you over there.

Another day is coming to a close. The ride in was pretty good. Was listening to a bit of morning edition with sista instead of the cd for a change, and I almost forgot to go through the overnight text messages.

Was listening to Tell Me More on NPR today and as part of their tell me more about black history segment they ran a hella good story on the Afro Latino Culture. Check it out right here.

Listening to a Ron Trent Double mix cd and this Julius Papp Joint sampled Sky's Here's To You and looped it well. Nice

What else? Work was ok.

Pops asked me if I was going to play powerball today. Said yup,so we stopped at cumbys and bought our tickets. Winning that loot would be something different. I got a fiction piece that I've been tossin around and scribbled a bit down regarding a winner of a lottery.

Forgot to take out the pollock filets this morning, well actually i didn't have time to dig around in the chest freezer this morning,so I went with the stand by of breaded gortons fish portions. Dugg around this afternoon when I got home from work and found the frozen pollock, maybe I'll thaw em out for friday or pick some up fresh, saw that shaws has em for an ok price and I was thinking of maybe getting some panko bread crumbs, hmmm.

Thats about it for now the hella strong black coffee has already been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

It looked like a family of four or what was left of them. looks like the along with the rest of the folks were caught in the blast wave the followed the first bombardment. From the looks of things they had just gotten into their vehicle when the it came. If they still had faces then we could've gathered just how bad things were just by their expressions. But the shock particles, an after effect of the weapon used took care of that along with the rest of the folks in this area. Getting word that the foot soldiers are at the outer edge,I gave the word to set the charges and make sure everything burns, leave nothing for them to consume..nothing.

Another day comes to a close. Was kind of cold this morning as i stood outside waiting for sista to make it outta the house to for the ride in. Took a look around and enjoyed the scenery, then adjusted the ear thingees ,got in the car and began the journey into work. As usual the ride in was aiight, nothing spectacular til we got to our turn around saw the flashing lights. Barrington poh poh work extra hard n early. Had pulled someone over, was glad to see it wasn't a dwb type of thing.

Work was blur as usual. At least the power didn't shut off this morning at 7:03.Nuff respect to Dave the engineer for swapping out the batteries in the ups yesterday. Now that was another great moment in you had to be there comedy. Just the commentary that was going on as we were attempting to plug a cord back in. The pile of joy and enlightenment continues to ebb n flow with each day of the week. More stuff was added yesterday and i know there will be more waiting for me tomorrow.

Sunday dinner was a variation on shepards pie. Substituted ground turkey and cornbread stuffing for the ground beef and mashed potatoes. Came out really well especially the way the stuffing baked and got slightly cripsy, making a nice crust on top. Served it with some spinach caught a good price on the 10z bags and its been a minute since we had some fresh spinach. Gotta remember to dig that pollack outta the chest freezer tonight or tomorrow morning. Ash wednesday, time for seafood.

Paid bills,e-filed and balanced the checkbook yesterday. Was nice that I was able to efile the state return free. Paid off the rest of the balance on Sams Club Card today, and I think the Lowes is taken care of also haven't seen a billing statement for this month. Just gotta take care of that veeza and things will be somewhat cool.

Made it back to home depot to return the broken flashlight for a new one. Was able to stay focused on that and not grab anything else, but damn it was home depot and all of that cool stuff was in there.

What else? Todays random line, even though he reads this thing he really doesn't read it well.

Thats about it for now,the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

We were under heavy attack just on the outer edge of the dark system and we were cut off from the main fleet. The captain gave the order for a nutcracker and realized realized just how bad of a situation we were in. We heard the stories about what happens when the board our ships and their insatiable hunger. The first armed the nutcracker which is actually a planetary fission device and the captain gave the command to fire it into the cluster of of enemy heavy destroyers near the enemy supply worlds, we strapped ourselves in and prayed to the founders that our shields would hold til we made it to a safe transit point. The countdown went fast, everyone pulled down their visors and watched in horror, (because this was a weapon of last resort) as the the enemies fleet and nearby supply worlds ceased to exist. The navigator spun the ship around just in time as the shock wave hit.

Another day comes to a close. No ride into work today. Because its Saturday. Instead, some of the morning was spent working on the shopping list and dozing off while listening to NPR. Then it was out for a quick run to the supermarket and then the pharmacy.

Lets see, work yesterday was extra spectacular because it was Friday. Which meant more stuff to do besides the regular routine. Plus(there's always a plus) my pile of joy and enlightenment had grown to orgasmic proportions...okay orgasmic was strokin I mean stretching it a bit. But there seemed to be more stuff in there than the day before. Plus there's the extra joy of loading in show related things, a new twist of the corkscrew. Looks like tomorrow may be a bit longer than usual. Luckily dinner prep wont be a major production hopefully.

What else? Oh yeah made a couple of pizzas yesterday posted some pics via twitpic. Wanna try some of that wheat dough that I saw in the market one of these days and maybe see how the pizza stone holds up in this electric oven.

Saw that C-Smooth has joined facebook, and so has Mike. L caboose has been on there forever .

Really enjoying this particular podcast. Nothin but jump up d&b non stop.

Thats about it for now the day has been properly greeted with a big mug of hella strong tea because its saturday.

Each of the bodies were driven into the ground with a steel spear driven through the chest. Their mouths frozen open uttering their last scream gasp,or scream never to be heard again. They all were that way scattered through out the city. There were no survivors. As in previous incursions the main power grid was destroyed and all exits from the city were blocked. We began the mop up when there was a crackle of static over all of our helmets then the batlle cry came...Make Peace With Your Maker. Thats when we realized it was too late.

And thats about it for now.Yeah, hella, hella short. Maybe something more substantial tomorrow.

The sound of the alarms woke the rest of the crew and then things went downhill from there. By the time they made it to the control room the, well outside of the control room the second had started to piece things together. He warned a subordinate not to key in the open commands yet. He hit a small button on his arm and the alarms went silent. And then they heard the other sound, the low moaning of those in pain and the sound of others about to die. The enemy had taken the control room and were slowly killing those still alive after the intial breach The second gave the signal and the red button was pushed.

Ah another day has come to a close. The ride in was a bit on the bugged side because the fog was hella thick. Haven't seen fog like that for a minute. Made the journey in to work a bit longer I guess.

Work was aiiight. Heard about how well the Winter Break Bash from my boss and via twitter from Promochick106. Myboss made an interesting observation about the make up of the crowd.

Stopped by Home Depot on the way home to grab some bags for the vacum cleaner and also grabbed a mini flashlight. The bags were right ones but the flashlight wasn't working which means a return trio to Home D tomorrow.

Thats it for now keepling it shot. The hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.

The molten lava shot out of the ground like it was late for an appointment. And those who were nearby were cooked instantly. No time for screams, just that look of wow did I really leave my back door open this morning, then a flaming blob of flesh. The feed from the sub orbital scanners worked well until chunks of rock began to shoot into the atmosphere. The science geeks were wetting themselves with the data flowing into their instruments and I was just trying to keep us from getting hit by big chunks of exploding planet. Ad then the other ship was hit and we saw crew die, some blown into space, the rest falling towards what was left of the dying planet. Thats when I gave signal.

Another day comes to a close. The ride in was ok. Didn't doze off again. Maybe i should that may set things off better for the rest of the day. Got through the overnight texts from twitter, well most of em. Was still going through em as we pulled up to the door of the building.

Interesting podcast i'm listening to, features some "classic" florida breaks. Just heard a tune that sampled some hella old U2.

Work was work. Big dude's hood was ok, got back into the routine of things I think. They had a quick interview with Snoop Dogg where he talked about his new show that was airing "tonight" then later on during the I hate it when wednesday segment, they threw the show under the bus and backed up over it just to make sure they didn't miss anything. Man something about trying to get back the 30 plus minutes of their life that they lost. Damn! As predicted yesterday my pile of joy and enlightenment was replenished with a quickness. Looked at it first thing when I got there then check a few hours later and noticed more has been added to it. Yaaay

What else? Station event tonight at looopohs,Winter Break Bash. Didn't go,on the edge of a cold kicking in and the last time i went to a station event I got hella sick the next day. Plus..oh never mind.

Pops has larungitis, told him to stop talking ,the nurse said something about it lasting for 10 days or so. Might have had something to do with his cold or moms cold, she's heading to the doctor tomorrow for a regular appointment.

4 more days til the kids go back to school. Counting down the minutes and seconds.

Bought a power ball ticket today. Figured i press my luck. That would be funny if I won.

That's about it for now the hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted. Plus I enjoyed a good sized mug of tea to begin the wind down ritual.

There was sound coming from the far lands, as it drew closer I realized it was the wailing of souls of the dead. They wail because their resting place has been disturbed by the new ones. Those who came with total disregard for the status quo and now they've been warned yet they just think the sound they hear is the wind, but the branches and dust do not stir. When the sun rose there was a new sound added, it was the screams of those who were about to join the dead way before their appointed time. I grabbed my beast and we walked away.

Another day comes to a close. The ride in was supah spectacular. Ok it was almost the same as yesterday but with a bit more commercial vehicles. I did check out the moon in the early morning sky after I finished reading through the text messages from the night.

Was attempting to watch last week's episode of Fringe when pops came downstairs and told me there were some folks from vereyezun at the door. The were going door to door trying to get folks to sign up for feyeos. As I tweeted earlier they kind of tag teamed with me various plans and promotions. Told em we don't have hi def tv's, don't have cable boxes and wasn't really interested at this time. They said they would come back later after i was able to do some research. Told em I wouldn't be making a decision any time soon. I did kind of chuckle when the tossed in the everybody else is getting it or has it. Your upstairs neighbors have scheduled an install date already. At least they were well aware of the make up of tha hood by their choice of representatives. I wonder what coxz is going to do because they (vereyezun) is really pushing through this area, and now they're using the ground troops

Work was aiiight as usual. The pile of joy and enlightenment was made to disappear. But I know there will be more waiting to take the place tomorrow. Hmm forgot what was going on with Big guy today.

I did finish watching last weeks episode of Fringe. As usual it was bugged. At one point I realized that that agent guy is a red shirt as in he's gonna die. Not sure why I was able to call it though, And the next new episode isn't til when? Sheesh.

Thats about it for now, keeping it short once again. The hella strong black coffee has been consumed from the Stanley Stainless Steel Thermos and the day has been properly greeted.
